Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Kids Fitness Instructor to inspire children through dynamic fitness activities that promote physical health, social interaction and loads of enjoyment.
In this role, you will get paid to have FUN leading engaging fitness classes that incorporate a variety of equipment and engaging activities kids love . Your enthusiasm will motivate kids to develop healthy habits while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
Duties
- Lead lively and interactive fitness classes tailored for preschool and school age children.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring activity levels and demonstrating proper exercise techniques based on physiology and anatomy knowledge.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment during each session.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching young children or coaching children in fitness or sports settings, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, anatomy, and health principles related to children's development.
- Ability to lead group fitness classes with enthusiasm while maintaining safety standards.
- Background in dance or sports coaching is a plus to create engaging sessions.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with children and their families positively.
- Reliable transportion.
- Available at least 2-3 mornings each week, Monday-Friday. No weekends required.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
