You’ll be the go-to expert for installing replacement plumbing systems in residential homes across Rocky Mount, VA and surrounding areas (within a 40-mile radius). No two homes are the same, and no install is cookie-cutter. You’ll:

Install plumbing systems and fixtures with precision and professionalism

Troubleshoot issues and make repair recommendations

Replace and upgrade plumbing components and systems

Ensure every site is clean, safe, and compliant with local codes

Use hand and power tools confidently and responsibly

Communicate directly with homeowners. Professionalism matters

Work efficiently to stay on schedule and minimize callbacks

Journeyman plumbing license prefered

Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing installation experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong customer service skills and pride in workmanship

Willing to complete a Culture Index and in-house technical assessment
