Advanced Surgical Center, a newly developing facility in Las Vegas, is seeking experienced Pre-Op / PACU Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-quality, patient-centered environment focused on outpatient surgical care.
Position Overview: The Pre-Op / PACU RN is responsible for providing comprehensive pre- and post-operative nursing care to adult patients. This includes preparing patients for surgery, coordinating necessary pre-op testing, ensuring a smooth post-operative recovery, and facilitating safe discharge with thorough patient education.
Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care to patients before and after surgery.

Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-operative instructions.

Coordinate and review pre-op lab results and documentation.

Safely monitor and stabilize patients post-surgery.

Support patient discharge planning and follow-up care instructions.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a surgical suite or ambulatory care setting.

Active RN license in the state of Nevada (unrestricted).

Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Experience in urology is preferred but not required.
