Our office is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated person to join our team! As an optician, you will be responsible for dispensing and adjusting glasses, assisting patients on their eyewear choice and help them understand and best utilize their vision insurance. Candidates must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and have basic computer skills needed for electronic health records keeping. Prior experience is a plus however, no prior experience is required but must be willing to learn.
The primary location will be in our Monett location with additional possible responsibilities in our Mount Vernon or Shell Knob offices. Work ours are Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p with occasional Saturday mornings 8:00a-12:00p. We offer PTO and sick time, paid holidays, uniform allowance, retirement plan and vision benefits. At this time, we do not offer health insurance.
