Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician with expertise across various system types and installation settings. The ideal candidate has high standards for installation quality and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations for diverse air conditioning systems, including split systems, pancake units, attic units, water-cooled systems, package units, and thru-the-wall units.
- Install and assemble returns, plenums, and ductwork in a clean and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members and ensure that installation quality meets company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding their new systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an Air Conditioning service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly in service techniques for various unit types.
- High standards for quality, detail-oriented approach to service, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have own tools for the job.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
