Relevant Certifications/Qualifications:
- IICRC Certifications, especially AMRT, ASD, CCT, RRT, FSRT, HST, OCT, UFT and/or WRT
- Asbestos EPA AHERA Licenses
- Lead Abatement, Removal and Demolition, Maintenance and Repainting and/or EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting Licenses
- OOther Construction or Restoration related certificates/licenses
A working knowledge of the following is not required but preferred:
- Construction and restoration terms and methods
- Public safety and security
- Equipment use and maintenance
- Manage and care for materials and company property
- Customer service
- Ability to speak and read in English
