Summary
MACTown Inc. is looking to expand our clinical team and are seeking a BCBA who is highly motivated, energetic, self-motivated and organized with 3+ years of certified experience, interested in having a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and who shares a passion for working with a community of behavior analytic professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with the Med-Waiver program.
- Work with our clients in the Intensive Behavior Homes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Manage clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans for clients.
- Monitor quality assurance measures and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Nursing).
- Certified as a BCBA-Level 1.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
