Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to hospitality standards.
- Train and manage staff in food service practices, including food preparation and cash handling procedures.
- Supervise inventory control and maintain accurate records using POS system.
- Scheduling to reflect volume of business (R365 Scheduling platform)
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring processes to build a strong team.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve any guest complaints efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience in staff training and management
- Strong background in food service and hospitality management
- Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation and inventory control
- Experience in elevated dining and casual dining settings
- Skills in team management and effective interviewing techniques

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
