We are a California-based Contractors License Course seeking a dependable and motivated Administrative Assistant with some sales responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is professional on the phone, organized, and enjoys helping customers achieve their goal of obtaining a California contractor’s license.
This position involves working closely with prospective and current students and serving as a key point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound follow-up calls
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current students
- Assist with sales, including explaining course options and enrollment
- Handle paperwork, student files, and basic data entry
- Process enrollments and maintain accurate records
- Support daily office and administrative operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Sales or administrative experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
