Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for a self-starter who thrives on networking, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships in the real estate community.
The standard schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM to go to leads to meet with clients, and some evening and weekend calls required as needed to accommodate client availability and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship building
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, builders, and homeowners
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess staging needs and present service recommendations
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline through close
- Attend industry events, open houses, and networking functions
- Collaborate with staging and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (real estate, interior design, home services, or related field preferred)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage time effectively within a structured weekday schedule
- Reliable transportation for local appointments
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation & Structure
- 8% uncapped commission on closed deals
- $4,000 flat rate per month OR the commission - whichever is greater on a monthly basis
