Day in the life of our caregivers:
Companion/Homemaker Caregivers are just that, companions. When you first arrive, you might do a safety check, help prepare meals, or pick out clothes for the day. You are a friend that plays games, runs errands, cleans up, and genuinely tries to make someone smile. You build a meaningful connection with seniors that keeps you excited for your shifts!
Personal Care Assistant Caregivers take that companionship to the next level by helping our seniors bathe, get dressed, and brush their teeth. They help them stay safe with medication reminders and general mobility around the house.
People who make great caregivers:
If you have experience caring for a family member, being a homemaker, or being a full-time parent, you may make a great caregiver! If you have worked in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, a Senior Home, or a Senior Center, you may just love homecare.
