We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team and provide support to our surgical podiatrists with multiple offices. The ideal candidate should have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You must own your own vehicle and be willing to work at both our Dartmouth and Taunton locations. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for performing the following tasks.
Responsibililities:
- Assist with patient care in a medical-surgical or podiatry setting
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor office surgeries.
- Prepare basic laboratory tests to be sent out to the lab
- Reorder and restock supplies
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
