We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment.
Position Summary
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. The ideal candidate is passionate about clinical excellence and committed to helping patients achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ functional status and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements, professional standards, and clinic policies.
Qualifications
Required
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible state Physical Therapy license.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Preferred

Previous outpatient orthopedic or clinical experience.
- Familiarity with EMR documentation systems and outcome tracking tools.
