Admissions Counselor
Position Summary
The Admissions Counselor is responsible for recruiting, developing relationships and enrolling prospective students by managing a defined recruitment territory and guiding students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
This position will report directly to the Director of Recruitment & Campus Engagement.

Manage a defined recruitment territory and conduct outreach visits and events

Build relationships with high school counselors and prospective students

Guide students through the admissions process and provide basic financial aid guidance

Review applications and monitor applicant progress

Meet with prospective students and families during campus visits and events

Provide assistance with calling campaigns, campus tours, and other office tasks

Participate in campus events and information sessions

Track interactions and progress using CRM systems

Collaborate with campus partners to support recruitment

Professionally represent the College to internal and external constituencies
- Meet recruitment goals

Other duties as assigned
Required Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree

Candidates who have prior experience in admissions preferred

Ability to travel and work occasionally evenings and weekends

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license
