Accounts Receivable Analyst/Part-time
AIM Media Indiana, parent company of The Republic, is looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Analyst. Primary duties include daily billings, reconciliation of customer account balances, investigating and resolving customer non-payment and short payments, maintain customer files and notes and processing adjustments and credit memos. You will be a member of a three person team that reports to the Business Manager.
Qualified candidates should have experience with accounts receivable and collections. Candidates need to be proficient in Excel, work well with others and have good oral and written communication skills.
