The Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the restaurant facility and equipment.
Things they will assist with:

Perform minor repairs on restaurant equipment, fixtures, furniture, and plumbing.

Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.

Respond to maintenance requests from management and staff in a timely manner.

Assist with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks within skill level.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.

Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other routine items as needed.

Perform general tasks such as painting, patching walls, or fixing doors.

Monitor and report any safety hazards or major repair needs to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.

Assist with setting up and breakdown of equipment or furniture for events or seasonal changes.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
