At Autoworld Kia, our service department is an essential part of the customer experience. With a state-of-the-art service center and certified technicians, we provide reliable maintenance and repair services that customers can depend on throughout the life of their vehicle. Our team is focused on clear communication, efficiency, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Due to continued growth, we are hiring Entry Level Automotive Service Advisors / Writers. No prior experience is required, and we provide comprehensive training at no cost. Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer service background are encouraged to apply. Experienced advisors may be eligible for increased compensation based on qualifications.
In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and transparent service process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and gathering vehicle information
- Listening to customer concerns and documenting service needs
- Preparing and explaining repair orders
- Coordinating with technicians to diagnose and complete repairs
- Providing time and cost estimates
- Monitoring repair progress and updating customers
- Obtaining approvals for additional work and reviewing final services
Qualifications:
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
