We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Esthetician to join our team and deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic services. Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to meet clients’ individual needs.
- Conduct aesthetic procedures such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and botulinum toxin treatments with precision and care.
- Utilize salon software systems to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health.
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products and promote services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements in esthetician practices.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in advanced aesthetic treatments preferred.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in facials, body waxing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), and other aesthetic procedures.
- Familiarity with salon management software or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards essential for maintaining a clean environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Experience performing laser treatments or other advanced esthetic techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
