Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both healthcare and commercial construction, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage and supervise all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all job sites.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Prepare and submit progress reports to project management and stakeholders.

Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules.

Implement quality control measures to ensure work is completed to specifications.
Qualifications-
Proven experience as a Superintendent in healthcare and commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations and standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to travel frequently to various job sites.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
