We're hiring a Director of Canvassing to manage our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.

You'll be responsible for:

Hiring and onboarding canvassers

Training reps on scripts and objection handling

Setting daily/weekly performance goals

Managing schedules and territories

Coaching in the field

Tracking KPIs and reporting results
You need:
- Proven experience managing a canvassing team
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Comfortable working in the field
- Reliable transportation
