Must have reliable transportation and be available for work Wed-Sun from 3-11pm. Tips included and brings hourly average up to $21 per hour! Free shift meal included as well.
Duties
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean work area by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and storage areas to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Handle food items safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen flow.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or culinary environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Knowledge of basic food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or moving supplies.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy service hours.
- Familiarity with food preparation experience is a plus.
