What You Will Do
- Lead the floor: Take charge of daily store operations and set a high standard for customer engagement.
- Build community: Welcoming everyone from casual board gamers to competitive tournament players.
- Grow the brand: Actively contribute ideas to help establish and elevate our brand-new retail experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Leadership experience: Proven success managing teams, projects, or retail environments.
- Open availability: Flexibility to work shifts that meet the needs of the business.
- Tabletop passion: A genuine love for tabletop gaming and the gaming community.
- Outgoing personality: High energy, approachable, and eager to help customers.
Awesome Plus Factors
- TCG expertise: Deep knowledge of Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, One Piece, and other trading card games.
- Pop culture love: A strong appreciation for comic books, manga, and modern board games.
Position Details
- Hours: 20–25 hours per week initially, with potential for more as we grow.
- Location: Nashua, NH
- Pay: $16+
