Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems, preferably Toast POS
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
-Liquor, beer & wine knowledge
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items
- Experience in food handling and sanitation practices
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
