We are currently hiring for our Shelbyville, Lewisburg and Fayetteville Centers. This is an in-person, center-based position.
Position Summary
The Behavioral Support Technician works one-on-one with children ages 18 months through school age, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured, supportive center environment. This role plays a key part in helping children build meaningful skills and reach their individual goals. You’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills—celebrating progress both big and small.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
- Ability to work directly with young children in a hands-on setting
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening required

- Guaranteed 30 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
