What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, and execution
- Coach, train, and develop team members to perform at a high level
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while creating memorable guest experiences
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
- Manage labor, inventory, and shift execution to achieve restaurant goals
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create positive outcomes
- Lead by example with urgency, accountability, and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and developing others
- Ability to make decisions and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and results-driven
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $37,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
