As the Service BDC Manager, you will be the engine that keeps our service department running at full capacity. You will oversee a team of BDC representatives, ensuring all inbound service calls are handled efficiently, outbound campaigns (recalls, due maintenance, declined services) are executed successfully, and customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and coach a team of Service BDC Representatives to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track inbound/outbound call volume, appointment conversion rates, and show rates to ensure maximum profitability for the Service Department.
- Customer Experience: Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
- Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted outbound call campaigns for scheduled maintenance, recall notices, and special service promotions.
- System Management: Become the expert on our dealership CRM and DMS, ensuring all customer data is logged accurately and follow-ups are scheduled.
- Reporting: Analyze BDC metrics and provide regular performance reports to the Fixed Operations Director and dealership management.
