Wilmington, Awning, Shutter & Shade is a leading Hurricane Shutters, Awnings, and Motorized Screens manufacturer and installation company.
We have been servicing the industry for over 40 years and are seeking qualified, experienced help to join our team.
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Aluminum welding for customized products
- Assist when not welding with install of new products on exterior openings (residential/commercial)
- Maintain & repair shutters, awnings, and screens (residential/commercial).
- Maintain a clean and safe work space
- Respect customers' personal property on job sites and communicate with the customer in a professional manner.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven welding experience in a similar environment.
- Willingness to work as a team or independently.
- Experience with hand power tools, construction background.
- Work on scaffolding, booms and ladders during installation work. Experience with general construction equipment set up a plus.
- Ability to speak or read English is preferred, but not required.
