Field Sales Representative – New York City
Join a small, fast-growing company and help lead our sales efforts across NYC's vibrant hospitality scene! We're looking for a smart, energetic, and hardworking self-starter who thrives on meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals with business owners.
In this role, you'll be out in the field selling our service directly to restaurants, lounges, and other hospitality venues throughout the city. You'll spend your days connecting with decision-makers, presenting the value of our service, and driving new business growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2+ years of field sales experience selling to hospitality venues (e.g., food distribution, beverage distribution, liquor distribution, merchant payment processing, or similar)
- Outgoing, social, and confident engaging with business owners face-to-face
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and hunger to grow
- Reliable access to a car for work use
- Availability to work full-time as a W2 employee, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation:
- $60,000 base salary
- Plus commissions and performance bonuses
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$100,000/year
