We provide the total flexibility to choose a full caseload of clinic-based clients, a full caseload of Early Intervention (birth-3) home-based clients, or a customized mix of both. Position Overview
- Provide OT evaluations and treatment for children birth–3 (Early Intervention) and private clients
- Deliver services in natural environments and/or clinic environments
- Develop individualized plans of care and functional mobility goals
- Support motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skill development
- Coach and educate caregivers to support carryover of motor skills into daily routines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Complete timely documentation and reports in compliance with EI and practice standards
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois OT license (IDFPR)
- NBCOT certification
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred, especially with infants and toddlers
Qualifications (Optional):
- EI credential/willingness to obtain only if desired (Support for the credentialing process provided by PTS)
