First Impressions Matter — Be the Warm Welcome
We’re looking for a gracious, organized, and guest-focused Host to be the face of our dining room. As the first and last point of contact, your role is about more than just seating guests — you help set the pace and tone for the entire evening. We’re looking for someone who’s warm, polished, and thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage our reservation book and waitlist using our reservation software
- Answer the phone with a calm, friendly tone — take reservations, input to-go orders, and provide helpful, accurate information
- Communicate guest notes or needs to the service team (allergies, special occasions, pacing requests, etc.)
- Keep the host stand organized and the entry area looking sharp and inviting
- Stay in sync with the front-of-house team to manage flow and seat guests efficiently
- Handle unexpected situations or guest concerns with poise and kindness
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who naturally makes people feel seen, welcome, and cared for
- Strong communication and multitasking skills — both with guests and the team
- Comfort using basic reservation systems (we’ll train you if needed)
- A polished, professional presence — you represent the restaurant the moment someone walks in or calls
- Experience in hospitality or hosting is great, but not required — we’ll happily train the right person
The details:
- This is an hourly tipped position included in our FOH tip pool
- Base pay of $13.75/hour, plus tip share
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays required
