As a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations while leading and developing ahigh-performing team. This role is responsible for driving sales, maintaining operational standards, andensuring every guest receives an upscale, friendly, and welcoming experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead, coach, and develop store team members and leadership staff

Drive sales growth and achieve operational goals

Maintain high standards for guest service and store presentation

Oversee training and employee engagement

Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and in-stock conditions

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Manage labor costs and daily store performance
