Now Hiring: Treatment Coordinator
Pay: $17–$21/hour DOE
Additional Compensation: Bonuses + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Absolute Dental is looking for experienced, patient-focused Treatment Coordinators to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients feel informed and confident throughout their treatment journey while supporting a fast-paced dental office environment.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll work closely with patients, providers, and office teams to help ensure a smooth experience from consultation through treatment completion.
What You’ll Do
- Present and explain dental treatment plans clearly and professionally
- Verify insurance benefits and provide treatment estimates
- Discuss financial options and payment arrangements with patients
- Support scheduling and treatment follow-through
- Help improve case acceptance and patient education
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
- Assist with daily patient flow and front office operations
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and treatment planning
- Experience presenting treatment plans and supporting case acceptance
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software
- Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Experience Requirements
- Recent Dental Treatment Coordinator experience within the last 5 years required
- Experience in roles such as:
- Treatment Coordinator
- Patient Care Coordinator
- Dental Front Office Coordinator
- Similar dental front office positions
