We are accepting a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts across diverse industries. Duties
- Attend industry events, expos, networking groups, chamber events, and conferences
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Introduce prospective clients to Go Hire Virtual’s services and solutions
- Conduct outbound outreach and follow up with leads
- Deliver presentations and explain the value of virtual staffing solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication using CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team on strategies, goals, and pipeline management
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team development sessions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or related sectors, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills capable of engaging diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability in business development strategies, lead generation, and account management.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and techniques that support sales growth initiatives.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to conduct warm calling effectively while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM, Mountain Time)
- Some local travel and event attendance may be required
Compensation & Benefits
- Based pay plus an uncapped commission structure
- Fuel Allowance: $70 every 2-weeks (payout schedule)
- Average annual earnings: $75,000
- High performers: $100,000+
