- Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
As a Landscape Site Supervisor (also known as a Landscape Foreman or Grounds Maintenance Supervisor), you will lead on-site property care to maintain high standards for our clients:
- Perform shrub and tree pruning, along with professional turf applications (no mowing services involved).
- Oversee daily maintenance including blowing parking lots, walkways, and patio areas.
- Manage plant and flower beds by pulling weeds, trimming bushes, and cutting low-hanging tree limbs.
- Conduct daily property policing to maintain a clean, trash-free grounds environment.
- Communicate directly with on-site customers to ensure full satisfaction.
What You Bring To The Team
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License (Required).
- Direct experience in shrub pruning, tree trimming, and turf care applications.
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
