Hiring: Field Operator – Luxury Event Service Company (Part-Time,$20–$25/hr, Weekend Work, Clean Driving Record Required)
Weekend-based work (Almost always Fri-Sat afternoons/evenings)
Overview
Local business hiring 1–2 Field Operators for a part-time, weekend-based role.
This is not a typical “event staff” or “delivery” role.
You will be responsible for transporting, setting up, and managing equipment for luxury weddings and events.
You will not be face-to-face with guests during the event, but you will be working directly with clients, planners, and venues — professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are critical.
Growth path: Field Operator → Lead Operator → Regional Manager
Schedule
- Primarily Friday–Saturday afternoons/evenings
- Occasional Sunday / weekday events
- Typical shift: 6–10 hours
- Consistent weekend work
What the Role Involves
- Driving a full-size pickup truck (8ft bed)
- Loading, unloading, and setting up equipment (75+ lbs)
- Ensuring clean, accurate, and efficient setups
- Managing equipment on-site and handling basic troubleshooting
- Representing a high-end brand in front of clients, planners, and venues
Requirements (Read Carefully)
- Clean driving record (required)
- Comfortable driving larger vehicles (pickup truck)
- Physically capable of lifting and moving 75–100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Must be on time — every time
- Able to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Comfortable using basic technology (computer-based systems)
- Professional, personable, and confident in client-facing environments
