NOW HIRING: Facilities Maintenance Manager
As ThirtyOne:Thirty Events continues to expand our portfolio of wedding and event venues, venue management services, and event-related businesses throughout the Kansas City area, we're growing our team with the addition of a Facilities Maintenance Manager.
This is a new position created to support our continued growth and help ensure our venues, office, and properties continue to receive the high level of care and attention they're known for.
This is a full-time, hands-on position based primarily in Downtown Kansas City, with travel to our properties in South Kansas City.
Experience in the following is a plus:
Basic electrical repairs
Basic plumbing
Carpentry
Painting & drywall
Landscaping & exterior maintenance
Basic HVAC
General building repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has general maintenance or facilities experience
✔ Is dependable and takes initiative
✔ Enjoys solving problems and working with their hands
✔ Can work independently and communicate professionally
✔ Takes pride in maintaining beautiful, well-kept properties
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Own basic tools
- Occasional on-call availability as needed
Compensation: Up to 25/hour, based on experience, skill level, and availability.
We're conducting interviews this Tuesday and Wednesday with plans to begin onboarding and training our newest team member shortly thereafter.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
