Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Optometric Technician to join our fast-paced vison care team in Summersville, WV. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a vision center setting and be comfortable supporting Optometrists with patient care and clinical tasks.
- Assist Optometrists with patient eye exams and diagnostic testing.
- Prepare and maintain patient records and equipment.
- Perform preliminary vision tests and measurements.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical area.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Prior experience as an Optometric Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of optical procedures and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
This is a part-time position. The role requires working in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical setting where teamwork and patient care are top priorities.
