Commercial Facility Maintenance Technician
360 Premier Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Facility Maintenance Technician to perform service calls and repairs for retail stores, restaurants, convenience stores, offices, and commercial facilities throughout South Texas.
This position is ideal for a skilled "jack of all trades" who can independently diagnose problems and complete a wide variety of building repairs. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers, and can work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial maintenance and repair service calls
- Repair plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, sinks, and minor drain issues
- Repair and replace doors, door closers, locks, panic hardware, and weather stripping
- Patch, texture, paint, and repair drywall
- Replace ceiling tiles and perform general interior repairs
- Complete flooring, FRP, carpentry, and handyman repairs
- Perform minor concrete and asphalt repairs
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and building maintenance issues
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with office staff
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of facility maintenance, handyman, construction, or related experience
- Experience performing multiple trades without supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work from ladders when required
- Ability to travel throughout South Texas as needed

Pay is based on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
