Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Leadership: Serve as a positive role model, actively shaping school culture and advancing the institution's mission.
- Instructional Delivery: Seamlessly execute provided lesson plans and uphold classroom rules across PreK through 12th-grade classrooms.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, productive, and structured learning environment for all students.
- Operational Reliability: Accept on-call assignments as needed, manage your availability schedule, and maintain open communication with agency administrators.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record working with children, specifically within a structured classroom setting.
- Skills: Strong, proactive classroom management and communication skills.
- Licensing: A state teaching license is not required to apply.
- Attributes: Adaptable, professional, Caring, innovative, and enthusiastic about teaching.
