Job Summary:
Assist the Learning & Development Manager with implementation of Agency’s ongoing training & certification programming. This position provides learning supports to functional departments, delivers training classes, and tracks certification activity. This position provides support with LMS (Relias) administration activities, schedules group classes, and assignments. This position also maintains reporting, materials, and databases for the purpose of accurately tracking and reporting the status of employee qualifications.
Candidate's Preferred Qualifications:
- Commitment to helping staff that serve individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their maximum potential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Instructional Design, or Human Resources. In lieu of degree, 3 years' experience working in a human services setting required.
- Experience writing, coordinating, and conducting trainings & presentations required
- Experience managing enrollments of trainings, certification classes, and following up with learners, instructors, or supervisors required.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office/Excel products. Experience with LMS systems as an administrator highly preferred
- Confidence in using technology and troubleshooting problems with equipment, internet, or software.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude in organization and time management
- Multilingual highly preferred
