Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Kitting: Assist with the assembly of parts kits to meet production and customer requirements
- Packaging: Ensure all products are securely and efficiently packaged for shipment
- Warehousing: Organize and maintain inventory to optimize storage and accessibility
- Shipping & Logistics: Support timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and vendors
- Quality Control: Help implement and follow procedures that uphold high standards of product quality
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanners to accurately track and document inventory
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods, and verify quantities against packing slips
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment
Experience & Skills:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Comfortable operating or learning to operate equipment like an pallet jack or forklift
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic
- Able to perform physical tasks including lifting 80lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
