- Screening resumes thoroughly.
- Conducting telephonic discussion to match the necessary requirements and to find out the necessary details.
- Discussing the opportunity with the candidates and lining up candidates for the Scheduled drives.
- Shortlisting of best Candidates
- Arranging Telephonic Interviews, Face to Face Interviews, Skype Interviews
- Pre-employment screening support and administration
