Fulfillment Center Team Member – 2nd Shift
Location: Green Bay, WI
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Hours Vary: 1pm-6:30pm
Sunday-Hours are 1st shift until picking is done around 3pm.

Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Fulfillment Center Team Member to join our warehouse team. This is a fast-paced, physical position focused on accurately picking orders, loading trucks, and preparing products for delivery routes.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active throughout the workday and are comfortable performing physical warehouse work, including lifting, moving product, and loading delivery trucks. Experience operating electric pallet jacks and electric stackers is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and prepare orders for vending and micro-market routes
- Load and organize delivery trucks efficiently and safely
- Move product throughout the warehouse using electric and manual pallet jacks
- Restock warehouse picking lines using FIFO inventory rotation
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries and freight
- Palletize and wrap outgoing product
- Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse
- Check temperatures on incoming cooler and frozen products to ensure food safety compliance
- Report inventory shortages or discrepancies promptly
Physical Requirements
This is a very physical warehouse position. Candidates must be comfortable:
- Lifting and moving products throughout the shift
- Frequently lifting 15–49 lbs.
- Standing and walking for the entire shift
- Repeated bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Experience
- Warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience
- Experience operating electric pallet jacks
- Experience using electric stackers or similar warehouse equipment
- Experience loading/unloading trucks
- Experience working in food service, distribution, or inventory environments is a plus
