Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with their needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and serving stations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all items are prepared for service.
- Ensure timely and accurate service of meals.
- Provide information about menu items, dietary restrictions, and specials to guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
