Our Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for helping the General Manager in any way needed. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify customer needs, effectively communicate with employees, and create a work environment that promotes employee development and customer loyalty. The assistant store manager will be required to step in roles when the store needs it. For example, you may need to unload a semi-truck as the back room called off or you may need to price goods, or you may need to clean.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve numerical sales goals.
- Motivate employees to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Help with training of employees.
- Unload trucks
- Run a Forklift
- Run a cash register
- Lift 50 pounds
- Refill Bins
- Make decisions on certain things based on company guidelines.
- Other duties based on company needs.
