Milwaukee Sales is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Team Member. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Sales Team Member, you'll connect directly with customers, introduce them to AT&T Fiber services, answer questions, and help them explore options that fit their needs. Our team provides hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. No previous industry experience is required. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member
- Meet with customers and provide information about AT&T Fiber products and services
- Answer customer questions and explain available service options
- Build positive relationships through professional communication
- Support customer enrollments and account setup processes
- Learn product knowledge and stay informed on current offerings
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction
Qualifications for the Sales Team Member
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
