Weekend shifts may be shared or rotated among team members. Additional hours may be available based on experience, availability, and store needs.
About AshleGryre
AshleGryre is an established women’s fashion boutique located in the Beaches Town Center district of Atlantic Beach, Florida.
Our curated assortment includes elevated wardrobe essentials, denim, dresses, modern tops, statement accessories, outerwear, handbags, and shoes. We serve a loyal local clientele as well as visitors from throughout North Florida and currently operate two boutique locations.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an energetic, polished, and engaging Boutique Sales Stylist who enjoys fashion, working with people, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is dependable, business-minded, confident speaking with customers, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced boutique environment. This role is especially well suited to someone interested in fashion, retail, marketing, merchandising, hospitality, business, or entrepreneurship.
Previous retail or styling experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates maturity, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in learning.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage every customer
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, styling, sizing, and fit
- Build customer relationships through attentive and personalized service
- Answer questions about products, brands, and store merchandise
- Maintain organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing sales areas
- Replenish, size, fold, steam, and organize merchandise throughout the shift
- Assist with receiving, tagging, processing, and displaying new inventory
- Operate the point-of-sale system and other store technology
- Support basic social media, product content, and in-store promotional activities when needed
- Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming boutique environment
- Communicate customer requests, concerns, and sales opportunities to management
- Follow store procedures, safety standards, and operational expectations
Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Comfortable initiating conversations and assisting customers
- Ability to work independently while remaining a supportive team member
- Willingness to learn brands, merchandise, styling, and selling techniques
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, mobile devices, and store technology
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and digital content is helpful
- Retail, hospitality, customer-service, or fashion experience is a plus
- Must be available for the listed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday schedule
Appearance and Presentation
Because this is a customer-facing styling position, team members are expected to maintain a polished, professional appearance and wear clothing and accessories that are consistent with the boutique’s aesthetic and dress standards.
