Apartment Housekeeper

Avenir is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Apartment Housekeeper to join our team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy keeping spaces clean and welcoming, we'd love to hear from you. This position pays starting at $17 hourly, with a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Sundays and Mondays off).
Responsibilities:
- Clean the leasing office and common areas
- Vacuum and dust all hallways
- Clean recently vacated units, including construction clean of units as needed
- Clean guest suites, including linens
- Assist with laundry
- Stock, package, receive, and refurbish housewares and linens
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and stock, and track distribution
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs
- Availability to work overtime as needed
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Friendly, customer-service-oriented approach with co-workers and residents
- Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
