We are seeking a reliable, professional, and hard-working Event Delivery Driver to join our team and assist with the delivery, setup, pickup, and restocking of furniture and event rental equipment for weddings and luxury events throughout the Omaha area.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, including a 26' box truck, for local event deliveries and pickups.
- Load and unload box trucks with event rental inventory and ensure all items are properly secured for transportation.
- Deliver, set up, move, tear down, and pick up event rental items including tables, chairs, bars, dance floors, tabletop, décor, and other event essentials.
- Ensure all furniture, tabletop, and décor is delivered and set up according to client specifications and event plans.
- Communicate with the internal team regarding delivery schedules, venue details, and any changes or issues that arise.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, venue staff, and event coordinators on-site.
- Assist with restocking inventory and other warehouse or operational tasks between deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle and work environment.
- Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to the appropriate team member.
- Follow all company safety procedures and instructions from the team lead.
Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Comfortable driving and maneuvering a 26' box truck.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to easily lift and carry 75+ lbs.
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Professionalism is a must! You will represent our luxury event rental company at venues throughout the Omaha area.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 1–3 days per week, approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility based on event schedules.
- Most shifts take place Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
- Overtime incentives apply for certain days/times each week.

- Punctual and reliable – being on time is extremely important in our industry.
- Professional and friendly demeanor – you will interact with venue staff, event coordinators, and occasionally clients.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic – willingness to work hard, stay upbeat, and work efficiently throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail – ensuring the correct inventory is delivered and set up properly.
- Adaptability – every event is different, and you must be comfortable working at new venues, following setup and tear-down plans, and taking direction from the team lead.
- Safety-conscious – able to safely operate a box truck and handle heavy event rental equipment.
