We are seeking an energetic, organized, and hands-on Multi-Unit Operations Manager to oversee both of our locations. This position is ideal for someone with restaurant, retail, coffee shop, convenience store, or hospitality management experience who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and driving results.
Position Summary
The Multi-Unit Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of both locations, including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory management, customer service, cleanliness, and overall store performance.
This role requires a strong leader who can motivate employees, maintain high standards, and ensure both locations operate efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of two store locations
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Monitor labor costs and staffing levels
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product availability
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain company standards for cleanliness and food safety
- Conduct regular store inspections and quality checks
- Coach employees and address performance issues when necessary
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Analyze sales, labor, and operational reports
- Communicate regularly with ownership regarding store performance
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related industry
- Experience supervising employees and building teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and POS systems
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-unit management experience
- Experience with inventory control and ordering
- Experience managing labor budgets and payroll
- Food service experience
